PUTIN TARGETING BIOWEAPONS LABS?

I heard rumors that Putin was actually targeting bioweapons Labs because there were two maps of the locations of the labs superimposed with the missile strikes. I thought to myself this is too good to be true these could be chocolate factories but then I dug deeper.
