These affirmations are directed at your body/innate/subconscious, with the intention of promoting health, healing and a feeling of personal strength and wellbeing. Close your eyes, relax and listen to them a few times over, preferably while lying down comfortably and on your own. Repeat regularly to reinforce them and strengthen the effect, for as long as you feel they are beneficial.
