The Russian invasion of Ukraine and the resulting humanitarian disaster should inspire you to become more self sufficient. We are already facing empty shelves and economic inflation that is making it much harder for people to get things from the store. War in Ukraine is only going to drive inflation higher.

There is an increase in energy costs which is easy to see in what people pay at the pump. Increased food prices and food shortages because of supply chain interruptions will only make the problem worse.
