Part of financial coaching is having a plan. I'm a huge fan of Dave Ramsey. His baby steps are a consistent plan that works for everyone at all income levels. You assess where you are at in the seven baby steps and then progress forward. Some might need to start at baby step 1, or others might already be at baby step 4 or 6.
