Expert panel declares the pandemic in Canada over

As governments tip toe into prolonged "reopening plans," a team of scientists and policy experts has gotten together to put together a real reopening plan, starting with the immediate lifting of all Covid restrictions. The Canada Science & Policy Committee to Exit the Pandemic has laid out a concrete roadmap governments in Canada could follow, noting that they've been blindly "following the science" while ignoring the policy implications of their pandemic response measures.
