Using the Sonic Slider on the Face and Neck

It's not often that I get excited about a new facial massage tool but I've been playing with the Sonic Slider for a little while now and absolutely love it! I used it with the circuit boot.

I was introduced to the Sonic Slider at the Advanced Medicine Conference in Sioux Falls last summer where I met the founder, Eileen McKusick, and then took the Biofield Tuning introductory course and am now taking the Practitioner course. I've found that tuning forks and reflexology pair together incredibly well.

The Sonic Slider vibrates at the 12th Harmonic of the Schumann Resonance, the Earth's vibration, which is the most healing of all vibrations!

Because of this the Sonic Slider really seems to break up stagnation and improve lymph flow. Additionally, it just feels good- like it's really getting in there.

I use it in the same way that I would work with my hands or a gua sha tool. In my treatments I use it in addition to these techniques for some extra oomph and it always provides!

I love it most as a self-care tool that can be used anywhere on your body: tense areas, over organs, on the face and neck ( of course) and anywhere that you feel stagnation. I've been playing with it over foot reflexology and meridian points as well!

I do not get any compensation from promoting this tool, I just love it and want to share! Check out the Sonic Slider at: biofieldtuningstore.com along with other tuning forks and tuning fork equipment.
