Covid 19 Inflated Death Toll

This video is from April 19, 2020. In the video the doctor mentions that Illinois had now had 33 Covid deaths at that time. Just 10 minutes later, she explains that a Covid death is defined as anyone who tested positive at the time of death, even if they died from a completely unrelated cause. The CDC admitted soon after this that only 6% of Covid deaths involved no other comorbitities.

Given the fact that PCR tests (if they even used them at that time) were being run at such a high cycle threshold as to produce 90%+ false positives, I think it is safe to say that Illinois had a genuine total death count for this day of 0.
