The Power of the Oath. The position that takes precedence even over the bond is the oath, which is mandated by the national and state Constitutions, federal, state, county and local law. No public officer in this country, with some possible rare exception, upholds his oath in the performance of his official duties. This issue should be number one and the bond should be number two in all AFFIDAVITS sent. Guaranteed, that if only the usual ineffective notifications are sent, and no AFFIDAVITS are sent, that this movement will fall apart very quickly, because there are no lawful teeth in the form of notification to have an impact.
