Reagan Letter

In the year 1976, Ronald Reagan addressed the Republican National Convention. In his speech he talked about a letter he wrote in 1976, our Nation’s Bicentennial, that was placed in a time capsule and that it is going to be opened in the year 2076. Reagan was concerned that under the erosion of freedom that America was experiencing in his time, the people of 2076 wound not get to read his letter.

In his speech he specifically cited as one of his concern the erosion of freedom that was taking place under Democratic leadership. That erosion of freedom is happening again today. Will it be even worse in the year 2076? Will the Reagan letter be read?
