The national BLM organization is under fire to clean up its finances after it was reported that millions of dollars in donations are unaccounted for. But if it doesn't clean up its books, it's not clear who would be responsible. That's because no one seems to really know who is in charge of the organization after executive director Patrice Khan-Cullors stepped down last year.
