In this episode, we get to see the final renovations on this property.

At first, Fuquan takes us on a walkthrough of the property while renovation work is wrapping up. The final step in the renovations includes doing demolitions around the porch and the walkways, landscaping improvements, and some final paint touch-ups. Complete renovations to the property include complete interior renovations, a newly renovated garage, installed plywood lattice, and re-paving of the driveway and walkways.

Finally, we take a walk through the completed property.
