As part of our southern breakfast series, I'm whipping up some biscuits made with butter as opposed to biscuits made with oil.

Biscuits made with butter taste better than biscuits made with oil and they hold together better, but they are not as healthy. A biscuit made with oil will crumble and is good for eating with breakfast gravy.

A biscuit made with butter won't fall apart as easy so it's ideal for a butter, jelly or honey biscuit. A biscuit made with butter is more moist and fluffy than a biscuit made with oil.

Ingredients:

2 cups - Self rising flour
1/3 cup - Real butter
3/4 cup - Milk
