Some of the 2GIG Go!Control's features are only available to users with certain firmwares on their unit. While we ship the latest firmware, one of the excellent features of a 2GIG Go!Control is that it can be updated on its own. What that means, very simply, is that you can use this video to look at what firmware your system is running, and if it's an old version, update it with relatively little trouble.
