A pork loin makes a tender, juicy roast. Currently, you can buy one for as low as $1.69 lb. and for that price you can afford to buy enough to freeze and put away for later. With a pork roast you can feed your family a real meal cheaper than you can feed them a hot dog.

Whenever we're looking for something different to eat to break the monotony of common, everyday food, I pull out a pork roast from the freezer that I had vacuum packed and frozen at an earlier time. I can easily heat it up and add some carrots and potatoes to make a delicious supper.

The pork loin I used in this video was 12 lbs. I cut it into two 4 lb. roasts and 9 center cut pork chops. I froze three 2 lb. roasts, we ate one 2 lb. roast for dinner and I froze all of the pork chops. All of that for about $20.00!!

Ingredients:

Pork Loin
2 Tablespoons - Lemon juice
2 Tablespoons - Real honey
Onions
Potatoes
Corn starch
Salt and pepper
