Avocado Hummus Toast Recipe

Avocado hummus toast is really easy to make and incredibly delicious. The bread I'm using here is gluten free as I don't process gluten very well. I actually break out with red spots on my lats and back when I eat bread with gluten. Ideally the avocado would be a little more ripe and soft but this was the best one I had.

This meal works really well with Indian curry spices or any thing spicy so experiment with it!
