A seriously weird fruit, gac fruit is only available dec- feb and is rarely seen even at thailand fruit markets. I only saw it once when I was in Thailand not sure I would try it again. This fruit would be excellent in a smoothie as it's so creamy it could mimic a milk like texture and taste.
