Bacon Bacon Bacon!!! A salad without bacon is just a salad. Add as much bacon to this wedge salad as your heart desires. I like to crumble my bacon up and use it as a garnish when I make a wedge salad.

Shredded cheddar cheese
Crumbled bleu cheese
