Here are the basics to making a delicious nutrient dense green juice that has everything covered from alkalinity to inflammation.

I always put a leafy green vegetable like swiss chard, collard greens or kale in my juice, ginger and lemon. I've recently made it a habit of putting turmeric in my juices whenever I can get it.

Don't add more then 3 other ingredients or your juice's taste will get muddled, it's much better to be able to taste the vegetables in your juice as it tastes better and will make you juice more!
