ex Navy Officer who witnessed strange UFO activity while serving as an officer and was told to keep quiet began to research and found amazing things about our world. He wrote a book "Behold a Pale Horse" and spent his remaining years giving talks to wake people up. His death due to being shot was after being constantly harassed and labelled a 'major fugitive' was suspicious.
