Cyclone Emnati hit Madagascar. This is the fourth major storm on the island in a month.
Winds of up to 135 kilometers per hour reportedly hit Madagascar early in the morning. "Emnati" hit the southeastern part of the island, where a little less than three weeks ago, another cyclone - "Batsirai" - claimed the lives of dozens of people.
