Sarasota FL Congressional Candidate Martin Hyde gets all entitled over speeding and texting traffic stop. Threatens cop with her job. Refuses to give vehicle registration, then upset that he gets a ticket for that, as he's trying to give his registration after the fact. Cop remains professional throughout the whole stop.
