Easy Homemade Ice Cream - The Hillbilly Kitchen

This is the world's easiest ice cream to make. I made this homemade ice cream video outdoors because we're having an old fashioned Pig Pickin' and we had a hankering for some freshly churned vanilla ice cream to eat while we waited 15 hours for the pig to cook.

We bought a 150 lb. pig and David built the cooker. I'll be uploading the Pig Pickin' instructional video shortly. In the meantime, why don't you churn up some fresh ice cream for you and your family?

Ingredients:

1/2 gallon - Half and half
1 1/2 cups - Sugar
2 teaspoons - Real vanilla extract
