This leg sesh last week was a grinder lol...
Still on my one month, old school bodybuilding and what really added to the abuse was I did ALL hamstring movements just the day before...gonna have a JLO butt if I keep this shit up LOL!!!
(Thankfully, only one more week as of tomorrows leg workout, it'll be fugly cuz its gonna be this workout but 10 reps per set, and yes, todays w/out was again ALL hamstrings......FML...)
Synopsis:
185 x 8
205 x 8
225 x 8
245 x 8
265 x 8
270 x 8 x 5 sets..
and one additional drop set of 10 reps with 225lbs...
Finished off this workout (AND MY LEGS) with 5 sets of 225 deadlifts (RDL's) for sets of 6...
