Tampa garden becomes piece of art as residents work to restore it

Landscape architect Dan Kiley is being honored at the Florida Museum of Photographic Arts for his epic landscaping that spans across the country, including Kiley Garden in downtown Tampa, which a group of residents is working to restore.
