In Today's video we are going to watch and explore the Case Of Leo Boatman who was dubbed the "The Crossover Killer".. A Crossover is typically used to describe a Juvenile Prisoner who crossover to the Adult Prison System. Leo at the time of his release in 2006, was Florida's longest serving Juvenial Prisoner. He had a long list of crimes ranging from Arson, Burglary and assault of a pregnant woman among others.
