do I think its an alien lifting beam ? lol no, but it does look like it!! & that is pretty cool.

-center of video is unknown strands of light pulsate back and fourth ( its spider webs )
-end of video is snow on cam
see what snow looks like, in a security cam.

keeping this video footage is important because it can be used to compare natural events such as this vs. other videos that are claiming to be lifting beams.
