Christians commonly look for one thing and the worldly commonly look for another thing. Which you look for is your business. People that choose to engage Christianity are looking for the same things God desires. To put it simply, God is looking for people that will take up their cross and follow Jesus. God is looking for people that are eager to engage the difficulties of the straight and narrow road. Christians that are looking for an easy and cushy path are not on the same page with God.

God is looking for people willing to enter the kingdom through many tribulations (Acts 14:22). God is looking for people willing to present their bodies a living sacrifice (Romans 12:1-2). God is not looking for people that want to sit back and be coddled and babied. He is looking for soldiers. He is looking for people willing to fight the good fight (1 Timothy 6:12).

Bottom line, imitating Jesus Christ is not easy, but it is bible (1 Corinthians 11:1).
