LINUX Air Combat (or "LAC") is a free, open-source combat flight simulator for LINUX, which places the operator inside the virtual cockpit of a simulated, historic, World War II warbird. As of this publication in Feb2022, development is complete and this clip demonstrates our Version 8.61 which is compiled for univeral compatibility with all nearly all of the leading desktop LINUX distros, according to the well-known "AppImage" conventions. You can download the AppImage version of LAC from here:

https://sourceforge.net/projects/linuxaircombat/files/Choose%20Your%20Platform/Precompiled%20binaries%20%28no%20source%20code%29

After downloading, just mark as executable and then run it from a bash shell as described here:

This video clip demonstrates a coordinated, network mission in which two allied, online Sentients try to defend their BlueTeam airfield versus numerous waves of other players in "Replay Bloke" mode, meaning that the other players had flown attack missions previously and all of their maneuvers were pre-recorded. This is exactly the kind of mission activity that new online players can expect if they participate in a network mission within Realm 01. (If another human player joins during one of these missions, he replaces one of the "Blokes".)
