LONDON – British Prime Minister Boris Johnson said Russian President Vladimir Putin was a "dictator" who was now facing "huge" Western sanctions for invading Ukraine on Thursday (February 24).
"We cannot and will not turn a blind eye," Johnson declared in a televised speech to the nation after calling Ukraine's President Volodymyr Zelensky shortly after 4 a.m. GMT as Russian forces advanced.
