On this episode, I'll go over the 3 pillars of weight loss. These are the 3 things that made me lose over 80 lbs and keep it off long term. My diet was the most important factor followed by my time eating window or intermittent fasting. I practice an OMAD like eating window usually fasting 22 hours a day. Finally, exercise and sleep habits fall into the 3rd pillar.
