Borlotti Beans: https://amzn.to/2pLSYCl

Back with another garden update, lets take a look. The tomatoes are in full production, I have many almost too many cherry tomatoes. Next year I’ll make sure I have more space to get around these plants so I can pick them easier. In the back of my yard all of the greens have gone to seed and my sunflowers are now standing 7 feet tall.

Along the side of my deck I have multiple plants I picked up for free from someone who didn’t want them. In this haul were a few raspberries, tomatoes and strawberry plants. The showcase plant of my garden, the amaranth is fully grown, I’m just waiting for the seeds to dry at this point. Hidden among the clovers and weeds you can see a white pumpkin which I’ll cover in depth on my other channel. The kiwi berries are now at full size but haven’t started to soften yet.

Many of my kaboocha squash have finished ripening and are waiting for harvest. The apples are now ready to eat as well. On my bean trellis I have many borlotti beans, the red and white ones that are ready for harvest. These are also called cranberry beans, they have a really nice earthy flavour to them and will keep you feeling full for a long time. If you want to save them for next year just wait until the pods turn purple and they’ll be dried out and ready for storing. If you want to pick some up there is a link in the description.

That does it for this episode, be sure to subscribe for future videos and until the next one have a great day.
