1. Download 'Feelfit' app in App Store or Google Play. Register and add the basic profile information.

2. Step on the scale to active it, then turn on Bluetooth, open Feelfit and pair with your scale.

3. Take off shoes and socks and step on the scale again until the number remains stable.

4. Check and track body composition report in App.

For Best Use:
Enter the correct height/gender/age information in app before first use. Place the scale on a hard flat floor. Avoid any carpet. Please be barefoot (socks should be taken off) and stand straight during the test. Your feet should cover the metal electrodes on both sides and keep still until the end of the measurement. The entire measurement process will take about 20 seconds.

Your body composition measurements may not be accurate when using the scale immediately after heavy physical exercises. This smart scale is not for children under the age of 18.
