Why I Quit my Management Job to Grow Plants for a Living

I took a delayed start to my career in horticulture - working in retail management to support my family. In this live presentation I'll talk about why (and how) I eventually decided to leave the security of my retail career to take a job in an ornamental wholesale nursery.
