Titanium Glider Pen

SLIDER OR GLIDER?
This question is usually the first thing people ask about.

The Slider is slightly shorter and comes with a Schmidt Easy Flow 9000 medium point with black ink and will fit all other "Parker style" refills.

The Glider is the slightly longer version that comes with a 0.38mm Pilot G2 with black ink refill. These are a little easier than the old pens to allow refills to fit and most require no modification at all for many different refills.

Both pens fit well in almost all hands, though if you have larger hands you might be more comfortable with a Glider. Sliders tend to fit better in shirt pockets without sticking out.

CNC MACHINED PENS

TEXTURE
Tactile Turn pens are known for their texture. It's where our name comes from. The tactile feeling when you pick one of these pens up is hard to describe, but it allows you to control the pen exactly the way you want. Machined pens often forget about grip, or have uncomfortable grips. It won't bite into your skin, but it provides just the right amount of grip. It is subtle, but it also protects the pens from light scratches by providing a textured surface that disguises light scratches much better than a smooth surface.

BOLT ACTION
The main piece that makes these pens really interesting is the bolt action. I use a shape unlike any other pen out there. It is one fluid motion to advance or retract the refill. Because the surfaces of both the interior part and the inside surface have been carefully machined to be extra smooth, the action feels amazingly satisfying.

STANDARD VS DAMASCUS BOLT
Damascus steel is two alloys of steel put together in different patterns, that when etched in acid reveal the pattern. One alloy darkens where the other stays the shiny color. The bolt for the bolt action is the part that you push to advance and retract the mechanism. The standard bolts work just the same as the Damascus versions, but the Damascus version is a small detail that looks really cool. Damascus steel material is incredibly expensive, so most people do not want pens made entirely from Damascus, but we offer this detail as an upgrade.

TITANIUM
Titanium is the best selling of all of the materials we work with. It is not quite as light weight as aluminum, but significantly lighter than stainless steel, brass, and copper. Titanium is tough, lightweight, and extremely corrosion resistant. All parts of these pens are made from titanium except the clip which is stainless steel. If there is one material I suggest over all others, it is titanium.
