We have witnessed a lot in the economy over the last couple years. One of the biggest changes was just how far our dollar went in 2021 compared to 2020 and the years prior. Now if you go to the grocery store or attempt to buy a used car, you may see that you get the same items as before however they costs 30-40-50% more! We'll now what we are being warned of is rising utility costs and rising prices.

We are told that CPI is 7% which it may be, I may be looking at the wrong data.. However they are saying that it will likely be going to 10% meaning that whatever todays inflation is, it will be increasing by 30% from here.. This could equate to by what some estimates price increases by 40% or more.

The biggest problem here is that we have this occurring during the great resignation and this affordability crisis we are entering in. Did you know that the average American earns 35,997 per year which equates to roughly $3,000 per month. If rent increased by 18% last year and now the landlord is getting hit with all of these costs, they are only going to push them to one person to pay, the tenant. That means the $3,000 the tenant is earning, maybe $1,000 actually hits their pocket after having paid the landlord.

How does one fill up their tank two or three times per month at $100 each, feed themselves 3 times per day by 30 days in a month and pay health insurance, car insurance and buy clothing, pay for their cell phone bill and pay their rising utility bills? To me it looks like we are entering a massive affordability crisis and when interest rates increase next month, all of their current debt will get a lot more expensive to manage.

We are entering a scary time in the American Economy and 2022 will be a hard wake up call for all families in this country.

What are your thoughts on this hyperinflation scenario? Do you think that we are going to step into a big correction? Will we see people sell off their bitcoin and cryptocurrencies given the easy ability to sell? After all, what would you rather have? Bitcoin or cryptocurrency or a roof over your head or gas in your gas tank or food on the table? That will be a questions tens of millions of Americans ask themselves in 2022.
