24
Research published on February 22nd of 2022.
This study included major potential confounding factors, such as total calories consumed, wealth status, urbanization, obesity and education levels. It also derived its data from 175 populations.
Findings:
"meat intake is positively correlated with life expectancies."
"In contrast, carbohydrate crops showed weak and negative correlation with life expectancy."
Meat contains nutrients that help you have a more productive and healthy life. Overconsumption of cereal crops and high carbohydrate intake leads to disease. Eating meat promotes better health.
