Statute 42 USC 14141 - Police cannot deprive a person of their rights

A parent in Forsyth County, NC legally served his school board with affidavits, but was illegally arrested. After that, they lifted the mask mandates. This man has every right to sue the snot out of the police dept and school board. I hope he does because he’ll likely win!
