More propaganda from Global news. Global implies the Emergency Act was invoked, this is not true.

The Emergencies Act (EA) was declared but was not invoked. EA can only be invoked AFTER it has been voted on by both the house and the senate. The house voted on it but the senate did not. Since EA was never "invoked", it cannot be "revoked".
