Easy Creamy Blueberry Smoothie – Secret to Thick Smoothies – Giveaway Smoothies are a delicious easy way to add essential nutrients to your diet. You can use fresh or frozen berries in smoothies.

They are an excellent way to use up over-ripe fruit. Almost any fruit makes a good smoothie. They are especially enjoyable in the summer because they are cool and refreshing. For an extra cool treat fill Popsicle trays with your smoothies, freeze them solid and you have all-natural fruit pops.
