Detroit-style deep dish came to be when an innovative chef baked a pizza in an automotive parts tray used on the assembly line (it’s the Motor City, after all). The high sides gave Detroit-style pizza its signature thick, airy, buttery flavored crust with crunchy, caramelized edges, and the cheesy, crave-able corners Detroiters love.

A thick, crispy crust topped edge to edge with 100% real mozzarella cheese and pepperoni.
Cooking Instructions

PREHEAT OVEN TO 425°F
Remove pizza from plastic wrapper but keep in tray.

PLACE PIZZA ON CENTER RACK. Baking tray should not touch the sides or back of the oven.

BAKE FOR 18-21* MINUTES. Once cheese is melted, remove pizza from oven.

SERVE AND ENJOY
Remove pizza from tray before cutting. Caution: Tray and pizza will be hot!
*DO NOT EAT WITHOUT COOKING. KEEP FROZEN. PRODUCT APPEARS TO BE COOKED BUT IS NOT AND NEEDS TO BE COOKED TO INTERNAL TEMPERATURE OF 165ºF. ACTUAL OVEN TEMPERATURE MAY VARY, SO ADJUST BAKING TIME AND TEMPERATURE AS NECESSARY. USE CONVENTIONAL OVEN ONLY. DO NOT BROIL.
