TX Dad testifies that he has two trans kids both had surgeries as minors

TX Senate Committee on State Affairs: father testifies his two children are trans and they both had surgeries as minors. 13 yr old has HRT at 13, surgery at 14 yrs old. Other child (15) has surgery planned that summer.
