Buttermilk Fried Chicken (Quick Version - Recipe Only) The Hillbilly Kitchen

2 tablespoons Honey
1 ½ tablespoons Black Pepper
2 teaspoons Onion Powder
1/2 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1 cup Buttermilk
1 large Egg
2 teaspoons Salt
Chicken ( bone-in or boneless, skin-on or not, breasts, legs, drumsticks, and/or wings)
1 1⁄2 cups All-Purpose Flour
1⁄2 cup Cornstarch
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
Oil for Frying
2 cups Milk or Broth for Gravy
*All spices are optional and may be substituted with your favorites
