How to Cook a Middle Eastern Salmon Quick, Easy, and DELICIOUS!
This recipe for Middle Eastern Salmon is so delicious, it tastes like it took you hours in the kitchen to make, but it's really only going to take you maybe 10-15 minutes! Just remember to thaw out that Salmon ahead of time, or use fresh if you have access to fresh Salmon!

RECIPE

• 4 cups sliced cucumber
• 1 pint cherry tomatoes
• 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
• 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped or 1 tbsp dried dill
• 1/4 tsp each (or less) salt & pepper
• 1 1/2 lbs skinless salmon
• 1 tbsp za’atar
• 4 lemon wedges
1. Pre-heat oven to 350F
2. To make the salad, combine the first 5 ingredients in a large bowl and toss well.
3. Season the salmon on both sides with Za’atar and place on a foil-lined baking sheet. Roast until internal temperature reaches 145F.
4. Serve roasted salmon with salad and lemon wedges.
