Were back! It has been two years since we were able to host our Annual Franchise Conference, so this year we went all out for CINCHON 2022. The conference and festivities take place at Foxwoods Casino in Connecticut, and we spared no expense. Check out the episode to see the the packing, the prepping, the partying and the great presentations of our sponsors, partners, and team...and just wait till the end to see some killer dance moves from our 1950's party!

Our goal with Cinchcon is to bring Franchise owners and valued partners together for a full day of education, motivation and in true in Cinch IT fashion - one heck of a party! This years conference is built around drawing inspirations from the themes in the Back To The Future movies. In the immortal words of Doc Brown - "Your future is whatever you make it so make it a good one"

Forming a Franchise posts weekly YouTube content documenting our experiences as an emerging and rapidly growing franchise. Our channel’s intention is to showcase the good, the bad and if necessary, even the ugly parts of the process. We are not here brag about our success or tell anyone how or why to start a franchise. Our intention is to be 100% transparent in our own experiences and to gain insight from yours.
