Small Wood stove setup Hot tent in winter in woods Live Free Live Wild

I am a really cold person. I did not know how hot the tent would be in the middle of the winter. Winter camping in a hot tent is not for me. After a just a few minutes the tent went from 20 degrees to about 60 degrees and we never closed the door. The problem with hot tenting for me would be waking up every two hours to feed the stove. The stove is so small he says it will go out every 2 hours or so.
