Bases 2 Part 4 Ray Wardle Red Rock UFOs Las Vegas

Ray Wardle, a British Italian, living and working in Las Vegas, met Miles Johnston in the UK at 30th anniversary of BUFORA. He invited Miles to see Las Vegas, while attending the International UFO Congress, at the Showboat Hotel in 1993. Ray was to be interrogated under drugged hypnosis at the hotel during that conference, and he came to Miles for help, which was recorded in his hotel room.
A strange high frequency swishing noise was picked up by the camera, as Ray recounted the events earlier that night.
Miles was met by a special British PsySpy upon returning to Belfast asking about that interview, which also drew the attention of French Intelligence.
It has been alleged both Ray Wardle and Miles Johnston were British Spies,Miles has always denied that, at best a "useful idiot status". Ray had been getting video of extremely rare UFOs, traveling at very low altitude into the secret bases around Las Vegas, some at Red Rock Canyon.

Miles was never to see Ray again, after this terrible interview, with Ray trying to break free of something above his left shoulder, just visible using special computer filtering.

The noise and audio makes it extremely difficult to hear what he is saying. This was NOT acoustically heard at the time. The camera was deliberately damaged in flight, and when Barry King was recorded soon afterwards, you can hear a "rumble" on the audio, from the buckled chassis of the S-VHS camera at the time.
