Stephen Petty, host of the Petty Podcast, summarizes some recent literature outlining the harms lockdowns, remote learning and masking are doing to the development of our children. Interestingly, The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s (CDC) Learn the Signs. Act Early program, in cooperation with the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) moved the goalposts forward on/about February 8, 2022 – rather than admitting the damage being done to children by strategies such as lockdowns, remote learning and masking, they simply moved the development goals out further in time.

Stephen Petty, PE, C.I.H., C.S.P., host of the Petty Podcast and owner of EES Group in Pompano Beach - Florida, will be applying his knowledge as a health & safety and forensic engineering expert to breakdown recent events (i.e., COVID-19, masks, Surfside condo collapse, etc.) with a short-term focus on masks and why much better solutions exist based on science-backed, common sense, long-time solutions.

Stephen's credibility all starts with his unique combination of credentials as a Certified Industrial Hygienist (C.I.H.), Certified Safety Professional (C.S.P.), and Professional Engineer (P.E.). He has been disclosed as a testifying expert in nearly 400 cases on exposure, exposure control, PPE and warnings and has completed or supervised thousands of forensics projects mostly for the insurance industry.
