Ottawa Convoy - Leaked Video - UN Airplane in North Bay Ontario - Importing Police?

A viewer online leaked a video of a UN plane on the ground in North Bay, Ontario. Some are suggesting this was used to import police for the Ottawa Police to deal with protesters. Are these conspiracy theorists running amock or just coincidence and maybe related to Ukraine crisis or is there truth to this?
