Bukas Sīgurø aka, Sir Maxime-Billy Fortin, is an independent Canadian Artist, Multi-instrumentalist, Writer-Composer and Producer from a small town called Quebec city. 
 Born in Haiti, he was adopted by French Canadian parents. His Mom died of cancer when he was 13 years old. 
 His life journey will throw you off and you can hear it in the edgy sound of his style and melodramatic lyrics. His universe is an eccentric blackhole where you will be pleasantly warped. Everything and anything can happen in Billy's World. 
 From Pop-rock, R&B, Metal & Hip-Hop, to Folk, Classical and Alternative Rock and Blues vibes, Bukas Sīgurø definitely has a track that will suit your mood or your needs. 
 Married to a Filipina, Bukas Sīgurø lived in the Philippines for many years and has 3 children who were all born on the Island. He has a deep connection with the Philippines. 
 Bukas Sīgurø is also a former High-Level professional athlete /22 years career in Figure Skating and represented Canada in many international competitions. Philanthropist on his free time, he is the President of the Haitian Ice Sports Federation. He works with the Haitian Olympic Committee to implement adequate infrastructures and allow Haitian Athletes develop their capacity in-land. 
 Finally, Buka Sīgurø is self-taught. He believes his relationship and ability with music were passed down by his Haitian Ancestors who fought in the revolution.
