Cheapest Colloidal Silver Brewer

The cheapest way I have found to brew your own Colloidal Silver at home or on the road.
Items needed:
1. Water, preferably Steam Distilled but filtered, reverse osmosis, rain, or last resort tap or stream water is usable but will become cloudy due to dissolved solids.
2. DC (battery) voltage (VDC) 30+ VDC for 1 quart brewing; 60+ VDC for 1 gallon brewing. High voltage and LOW amperage are what is ideal for the best outcome.
3. .999 (or higher .9999) pure dead soft silver wire. You can not use silver coins or sterling silver (.925) has nickel which is toxic.
4. A non conductive 1 quart or larger jar.
